INFRAKOS ISO45001 Certification

INFRAKOS has successfully completed its external audit on 26 July 2019, towards the certification of its OSH MS according to ISO45001. Certifying body is TUV Nord.
In May 2016, EBRD assigned to MANAGEMENT FORCE (MFG) the development and implementation of an OSH Capacity Building Programme for INFRAKOS Sh.A. Kosovo, the railway infrastructure company of the country. MFG and INFAKOS applied the ICSI methodology and implemented a culture change programme, aiming at improving the safety culture in the organisation , developing a team of OSH Champions and establish a full engagement of the Top Management. As part of this assignment MFG supported INFRAKOS to develop key elements (policies, procedures and risk assessment) of an OSH MS and also implement them. Following the remarkable success of this programme (completed in October 2017), EBRD decided a second assignment aiming also to complete the OSH MS and certify it according to OHSAS18001/ISO45001 standard.
