11th Safety Gala
Safety; an Element of Sustainability in Business and beyond
Highly qualified delegates shared international experiences and good practices attracting the full attention of the participants of the 11th SAFETY GALA which took place on 13th June 2019.
A fully occupied room with just under 100 participants from six countries discussed and confirmed that safety is a substantial factor for good business and contributes to a sustainable future in business.
Key speakers, Mrs Maria Alexiou (TITAN GROUP), Mrs Pinelopi Pagoni (HELLENIC PETROLEUM), Mrs Vicky Elliott (AROGI, SOCIAL CARE FOUNDATION), Mrs Anca Tudor (OMV PETROM) and Mr Simon Philips (WARREN BUSINESS CONSULTING) presented their organisations policies, practices and achievements over the recent period and offered the opportunity for
a “non-ending” discussion, leading in extending the event.
Before the main Event, in the morning of the same day, three workshops took place in parallel. The topics covered are (1) Leadership (2) Safety Culture and (3) Project Life Cycle Safety Suite.
For 2020 SAFETY GALA further improvements and changes are expected.
Some of these discussed during the opening session and were broadly “voted” by the participants.
