Methodology “+2/-2” has been developed by Dr Georgios D. Panopoulos in 1993. This is a practicable, simple and efficient methodology, well tested in a numerous cases so far.
The basis of the methodology is that for any deviation (non-conformance) identified, it requires an immediate assessment of the risk involved.
Subject to the risk assessment a work must be stopped immediately for remedies to be taken (case “-2”), the works can be carried on for limited
time while the remedies are worked out in parallel (case “-1”) or a wider period of time if proposed until the remedies are completed (case “0”).
For deviations involving trivial risks or not satisfying totally the auditor “+1” applies and a warning for potential degradation I future is given.
When all ok “+2” applies.

Safe Pass© scheme has been developed by MANAGEMENT FORCE one decade ago to ensure that regarding personnel the minimum risk is imported to the workplaces by ensuring that all personnel:
• are of proper qualifications for the work to do
• are suitable for the work to do, according to their company’s physician
• have been trained for the work
• have been trained for the specific workplace (induction training)
• have been provided with the appropriate PPEs
There are many ways to utilise the Safe Pass©, e.g. via hard copy books, magnetic cards etc whatever is suitable for the specific workplace arrangements.
