Thrilled to announce that another Safe by ChoiceTM Program wrapped up successfully last Tuesday and Wednesday at the welcoming venue of Volos Palace!
Participants from various departments of Sovel factory, member of SIDENOR, came together, forming teams to explore key elements for a safer workplace.
In detail we experienced:

🤝 Interpersonal interactions being just as critical as task efficiency;
🌟 The leadership qualities each of us possesses.
Through hands-on activities and teamwork, they gained invaluable skills to bring into their daily roles—reinforcing safety and nurturing a culture of accountability.
Watching everyone connect, support one another, and serve as examples to follow, is a powerful reminder that we can all choose to be Safe by Choice.
