Holistic Safety Business, (HSB) a proud member of MANAGEMENT FORCE Group and a certified NEBOSH Gold Learning Partner (1748), is pleased to deliver the "NEBOSH HSE Health and Safety Leadership Excellence" course to the whole of the Senior Management Team throughout the AVAX Group.
This initiative is being implemented across AVAX’s Construction Sites and facilities worldwide as part of the AVAX - "We Are All SAFETY" campaign.
Through this program, participants develop the key leadership values of, building and promoting a shared health and safety vision, being considerate and responsive, providing support and recognition to their staff, promoting fairness and trust in relationships with others and encouraging improvement, innovation and learning within the organisation.
This process is supported through companywide involvement and communication and effective role modelling from all Senior Managers thus fostering a culture of prevention and teamwork that strengthens workplace safety for everyone.
AVAX chose this initiative with HSB and MANAGEMENT FORCE Group, wanting to work in conjunction with NEBOSH, a global leader in Health and Safety certification, this initiative underscores AVAX Group’s commitment to international standards and best practices, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of its workforce.
